About this Event

With mental health being a significant factor in the life of a young adult, the Catholic Young Adults of Surrey (CYAS) would love to invite you for our three-part series of mental health discussions.

The first talk, titled Heart & Home features Sarah Ruggier, and Steve Ching, registered clinical counsellors, who will discuss how family and relationships tie into one’s mental well-being and what to do about it. It will take place on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 7 PM at St. Matthew's Parish Centre.
