About this Event

The Catholic Young Adults of Surrey invites all young adults to the third part of their mental health discussion night series on Saturday, September 7th at 7pm in the St. Matthew's Parish Centre. Titled "Guided by Grace: Setting Boundaries for Mental & Spiritual Well-Being", this talk features Sr. John Mary Sullivan (Franciscan Sister of the Eucharist & Licensed Therapist), and Fr. Bryan Duggan (Catholic priest & Registered Psychologist), who will be discussing healthy boundaries in families and relationships. The event will include talks and opportunities to ask your own questions. There will also be fellowship afterwards. Doors will open at 6:30pm.
